春が来た

Shikigamiウェブサイトにようこそ。春のいろいろな種まきの間に私たちはこのウェブサイトの種も蒔きました。少しづつ成長しているけど、来年にかけてもっとしっかりと成長するといいんですが。

一年間ここに生活の基盤を作り、今年はちょくちょく山を降りて自分たちが学んだことをワークショップやプレゼンテーションで他の人と分かち合うようになりました。私たちはフォレストガーデンや自然農、パーマカルチャーやディープエコロジーの実践と思想に惹かれ、だんだん野性を取り戻してきています。しかし、都会に行くと、その私たちの生活が「夢の中に生きる」ことに対する好奇心やロマンスに置き換えられてしまう危険性を感じています。あなたは自然の中に自然に生きる動物たち（私たち）を見たくありませんか？

2012年5月26日（土）にあなたをShikigamiにご招待します。ここの場所を見て、私たちが何をどのようにしているのかを見て下さい。木陰でのピクニックランチを通して似たようなことに興味のある人たちと出会うことになるでしょう。詳細はイベントページを見てください。

ウェブサイトを作るのにどうやったら機能的なものを作れるのかよく分からず、私たちの友達のデビッド・ダニエルのウェブサイトを借りさせてもらいました。彼の音楽レーベルAntiopicのウェブサイトが私たちのウェブサイトの基盤になっています。Antiopicのウェブサイトに行って、Benefit for the recovery in Japanのリリース作品をチェックしてくれるとありがたいです。

Springing in to Life

Welcome to the Shikigami website. Amongst the flurry of spring plantings we put down some seeds for this website too. It has grown a little and hopefully will continue to grow steadily over the next year.

Following our first year establishing our home here we find ourselves being drawn out of the mountains to share what we are learning in workshops and presentations. Interest in the practices and philosophies of forest gardening, natural farming, permaculture, deep ecology, re-wilding is high indeed. But in the city we risk being mere curiosities, romantics "living the dream." Better to see the animals in their natural habitat, no?

On Saturday, May 26, 2012, we invite you to come and visit Shikigami. To see the site and hear about what we are doing and how we are doing it. Share a picnic lunch with us under the shade of a tree and meet others similarly interested. For more information please visit our events page.

Having only half a clue as to how to create a functional website, we have borrowed the work of our friend David Daniell. The website for his music label Antiopic has served as a template for our own.
